Ok, I'll admit it! I suck at BLOG-ging. I keep forgetting to log my day. And, if I don't do it I totally forget what I did. I need to get into more of a routine!!
Last night I stayed home and had hubby help me on our weight set. The wisdom of the gym membership became a bit more obvious to me as I had to balance while I tried to do squats, LOL. I cannot be left alone while I do this. I'd be so pissed if I lost my balance and hit the wall. As long as he is there though we'll be just fine. At the gym they have those machines where you don't have to worry about tipping to the side. A definite plus. I'll still continue to do the one at home too occasionally too see if that gets better. Balance is a good thing!!
We did a few other things besides squats, but I'm not really sure what. All upper body stuff, and only for about 30 minutes I'd guess. Better than nothing is what I thought. Then after my effort we poured a couple glasses of wine and got in the hot tub. That's about all I'll say about my diet lately cuz it's been awful. Less than 2 months until Christmas...I better start getting serious!
